The one real issue is the long waits at peak hours. I arrived around 12:30 PM on Saturday and waited over thirty minutes for a table. The host was honest about the wait time, but if you're coming during lunch or dinner rush, plan accordingly or consider ordering takeout. Once seated, service moved quickly, but that initial wait can be frustrating if you're hungry.

I found a spot on the second level within minutes and walked about thirty seconds to the restaurant entrance.
